This exciting partnership between UNC Charlotte Dining Services and Chartwell's offers a unique opportunity for young foodies to:

  • Master the art of cooking and baking: Learn valuable skills from industry professionals, covering everything from essential kitchen techniques to delicious recipes.
  • Explore the world of nutrition: Discover the importance of healthy eating habits.
  • Get hands-on in a state-of-the-art kitchen: Our very own Bistro in the UNC Charlotte Student Union serves as your child's culinary playground, equipped with professional equipment and a vibrant atmosphere.
  • Create their own recipe book: Document their culinary creations and take home a personalized souvenir to cherish (and share!) with friends and family.
