Extended Academic Programs
This course will cover proven methods of building design and construction practices, which are integral to high performance buildings. The course will begin with functional scope requirements through orientation, materials, construction, and maintenance practices. The course will wrap up with life-cycle costs and tactics for a sustainable future.
