Extended Academic Programs
Understanding and mastery of the delegation process is critical for the success of anyone in a supervisory position. We can’t do it ALL. We can accomplish a lot more when we learn to leverage the most valuable resource available to us – our team members. In this course, you will learn what, when, and how to delegate. There are incredible benefits for not only the supervisor but also for the individual receiving the additional tasks. This course will transform your effectiveness as a supervisor.
This is a half-day course
