Program Description/Overview

Understanding and mastery of the delegation process is critical for the success of anyone in a supervisory position. We can’t do it ALL. We can accomplish a lot more when we learn to leverage the most valuable resource available to us – our team members. In this course, you will learn what, when, and how to delegate. There are incredible benefits for not only the supervisor but also for the individual receiving the additional tasks. This course will transform your effectiveness as a supervisor.

PDS225-002 session has been cancelled.  If you are currently working toward the Supervisory Certificate or simply have an interest in the course topic, we will offer “Employee Performance Management” on April 28th (a full-day course).
