Program Description/Overview

Change is a constant and one of the biggest challenges a supervisor will face. Understanding what change management is and how to apply it in the workplace is critical. This course provides the tools to understand and apply productivity tools during the constantly changing environment. Attendees will not only learn how to embrace the value of change but also how to leverage it to improve profitability and to engage and empower those individuals under their supervision.

PDS227-002 section has been cancelled.  If you are currently working toward the Supervisory Certificate or simply have an interest in the course topic, we will offer “Employee Performance Management” on April 28th (a full-day course).
