Change is a constant and one of the biggest challenges a supervisor will face. Understanding what change management is and how to apply it in the workplace is critical. This course provides the tools to understand and apply productivity tools during the constantly changing environment. Attendees will not only learn how to embrace the value of change but also how to leverage it to improve profitability and to engage and empower those individuals under their supervision.
This is a half-day course
Course curriculum is developed in consultation with our Professional Development Advisory Board of subject matter experts, faculty, and industry practitioners. Click here to view the members of our Professional Development Advisory Board.
