Program Description/Overview

As the leadership landscape continues to change, those who desire to hold positions with increasing leadership must develop the competencies and skills to maximize the performance of others. Whether you directly supervise a team, have a matrix management role, or aspire to lead others in the future, this course will provide the strategies, skills, and practical application to enhance your ability to lead with success.
