Define, analyze, and understand your personal style of leading:

  • As you perceive yourself
  • As your co-workers, manager, and team members perceive you
  • Pinpoint communication behaviors which send your message, for better or for worse
  • Understand the communication styles and behaviors of your co-workers when they approach work in very different ways from your own
  • Learn/practice ways to flex your style for more successful relationships, at work and at home

  • Understand 4 Leadership Styles: Driver, Analytical, Amiable, and Expressive
  • Discover your style's strengths and weaknesses
  • Find out how others perceive you at work
  • Learn how behaviors of any style can trigger criticism, conflict, impatience, or stress for leaders who have other styles -- and how to manage those reactions
  • Make personal behavioral action plan for more successful relationships
  • Understand your boss's style, and how to communicate more successfully
  • Create "flex" plans to make working with your "opposite" more productive
  • See "wrong" and "right" ways to relate -- humorous and memorable examples you'll use every day
  • Learn how your strengths could be perceived as weaknesses if overdone
  • Appreciate style differences and use them for successful teamwork and developing others
