Course Overview

Whether we want to admit it or not, we all engage in some form of sales, especially in business. We've all also experienced both good sales and poor ones. The process of a "good sale" is essentially about communicating relevant value. All too often, ideas are discarded not because they are inherently worthless but rather because their value wasn't properly communicated. The challenges of communicating value increase in a virtual environment. In this course, participants will learn how to virtually identify and evaluate an idea to a target audience, apply foundational sales and communication techniques to applicable scenarios in business, and design a sales pitch that accurately conveys the value of an idea to a target constituent.
