What is Design Thinking and why should you care? In the first two sessions, we'll provide an introduction to the discipline of Design Thinking and share how it can be applied to help teams and organizations adapt to disruption. We'll also explore how empathy is fundamental to human-centered innovation and how the use of ethnographic research tools can help us uncover the unmet needs of customers, employees, and other stakeholders.
