Course Overview

Far too often, we build solutions that work for us, and by extension, people like us. But what about people who AREN'T like us? In these two sessions, we'll examine the principles and practices of Inclusive Design and how we can develop products, services, and processes that meet the needs of people who are often excluded. We'll also look at how organizations can intentionally design experiences that delight employees, customers, and other constituents in ways that drive engagement, loyalty, and retention.
