Coming up with a great solution to a challenging problem is rewarding in itself, but it's not enough if you truly want to have an impact. You have to be able to influence decision-makers to "buy" your idea for it to move forward. You also have to think about whose behaviors may need to change for your solution to be adopted once it's launched. In the last two sessions, we will share techniques for gaining critical buy-in from others. We'll also explore how we can use principles and practices from Behavioral Psychology to influence individual and organizational behavior change in a variety of settings.
- The Power of Storytelling

- OUR Idea > YOUR Idea
- Intentional Design
- "Nudging" Behavior Change
